Research interests

My main interests are population genetics and its application on carnivore conservation. I am also interested in the different molecular techniques applied to genetics and genomics, and in bioinformatic analyses.

Previous work

In 2021, I did an internship at the Doñana Biological Station, within the CONSEVOL group. For six months, I acquired knowledge in molecular biology techniques for the preparation of genomic libraries. Subsequently, I took a Master's degree in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology at the Pablo de Olavide University, where I have had the opportunity to broaden my knowledge of various applied conservation methods, as well as to engage in scientific research for biodiversity conservation, employing various tools ranging from statistical analysis to the use of bioinformatics.
